Buffalo Trace is bourbon distilled from trace amounts of buffalo to give you the best . . . that can’t be right. Here we go, Buffalo Trace was founded when a buffalo, drunk on bourbon, traced out the name of E.H. Taylor Jr in the dirt. Nope, that’s a lie too. Bob, stop trying to spice up the history. So what can we say about them? They make damn fine bourbon? That’s good enough for me, so join us as we tell you the real history of this distillery, and Have a Drink (If we can find it).
