HAD 52: Beer Science 1 - Off-Flavor Blind Tasting

Recorded live at Nerdtacular 2017 in our room at The Lodge at beautiful Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort! We do a blind tasting of off flavors found in beer using the Siebel Institute kit and some basic American lager beer. We apologize for the audio as we were all sharing one mic.
