It turns out Foster’s isn’t Australian for beer. It’s actually Japanese for “we own this beer now.” And that’s fine because Australia has its own distinct beer it can call it’s own, the Australian Sparkling Ale. We’ll discuss that today, and maybe an Australian brewery if we can find the time. So grab your knife, no that’s not a knife this is a . . . you know what never mind.
