HAD 49: Fruit Beer
Well, we’re back to regular format again at long last. . . Oh, we’re all here together in the same meat-space? Okay, well that’s fine, we should still be more or less the same. . . we’re doing a tasting and a topic? Fine, let's do this! We are going to be talking about the fruit beer style, while work through a Prairie Artisan Ales tasting. So come in and have a drink, because we sure are.

WHAT WE’RE DRINKING:
Tasting of Prairie Artisan Ales
Imperial Stout | ABV 13% | Commercial Description: Birthday Bomb! was conceived to celebrate three wonderful years of experimentation and fun loving flavors like the current incarnation with caramel sauce. Made in house by our brewers with nothing but black gloves and a propane tank. The rest is the complex mix of hops and malt with a healthy dose of the signature coffee and spices. You know exactly what we’re talking about.
Imperial Stout | ABV 13% | Commercial Description: Let’s face it – we love big, flavorful stouts. As luck would have it, our friend Jeppe at Evil Twin Brewing feels the same way. We decided to brew a beer together that took elements from our favorite stouts we each produce to come together as one beer. Bible Belt takes elements we love from Prairie Bomb! and combines them with Evil Twin Brewing’s world famous stout, Even More Jesus. The end result is a smoky, spicy stout that is sure to please the pallet.
Imperial Stout | ABV 11% | Commercial Description: Prairie Noir is our bourbon barrel aged imperial oatmeal stout. We brew this beer with a huge amount of oats to give it an ever so silky mouth feel. Notes of coffee, chocolate, and toasted marshmallow can be found in the flavor and aroma of this beer. Notes of whiskey and carmel are also packed into this beer.
Imperial Stout | ABV 11.5% | Commercial Description: Imperial stout aged on Pecans and Vanilla.
